Hi ,

In our session today the breeze played a huge part. I felt it entering one ear, carrying a gentle swirling energy, and going out through the other ear, taking with it old thoughts that no longer serve us. It was also breaking down blockages to allow free flow of our vital life force energy. For each of us this process was completed.
