Hi ,

Sorry, I'm a bit delayed compared to normal sending out the notes from our session yesterday, but here the are! Throughout the session there was a strong buzzing energy in the hands and in the eyes. The primary focus seemed to be in helping each of us see the world differently. My sense is this is going to become even more important as we navigate numerous changes in our world.
