Hi ,

For today we had a nice even all-over energy that felt like it was supporting and integrating the work we've been doing over the last few sessions.  By the end I felt a shift in the heart chakra. A blockage had dropped away and energy flow had been improved.

Please also note that I likely won't have access to the internet this coming Friday or Monday.  I will still be completing our sessions on those days but won't likely be able to provide notes afterwards.  Instead I will schedule an automatic reminder of this, to be sent out after each of those sessions.
