Hi ,

Today's session had a very nice, even, comforting and permeating energy. It was like laying on a lounger, floating in the lake with sunshine on your face, a light breeze and gentle waves lapping at the shoreline.  Or if you prefer, laying on a hammock with the breeze and dappled sunlight filtered through the leaves of the trees. 

Throughout this lovely session the energy found it's way to where it needed to go within each of us, providing gentle and restorative healing.
