Hi ,

In the session today there was a strong focus on the 3rd eye chakra. There was intense energy throughout the forehead and in the eyebrows.  I felt that throughout the session with only a slight variations in intensity at times. I really do enjoy sessions that have a focus on the 3rd eye and the intense healing that can come about from it.

Please also note that I likely won't have access to the internet this Friday or Monday.  I will still be completing our sessions on those days but won't likely be able to provide notes afterwards.  Instead I will schedule an automatic reminder of this, to be sent out after each of those sessions.
