Hi ,

In today's session the word that came immediately to mind was "swimmy".  It described the feeling of the energy swimming around the head and filling the spaciousness we've been creating.  It was also pushing to expand any areas that still feel constricted, especially in the throat.

After a while the feeling changed and the energy rose up and out through the crown chakra (top of the head), and it felt calm, settled and warm.
