Hi ,

For most of the session today there was a very gentle and somewhat distracted feeling energy. Then near the very end the energy started bubbling up in the pit of my stomach, in a blue/green colour. It melded to orange as it rose up behind my eyes and cleared to a view of the vastness and interconnectedness of all element of the universe. Given the simple start to our session it was a surprising and dramatic conclusion!
