Hi ,

Today's session started out with a strong focus on the root chakra and then spread up a bit from there into the sacral chakra. The energy continued to apply itself to those spots throughout, with periodic "bubbling up" of energy throughout the rest of the body. I was outside near water today and the feel of the breeze against my skin was a constant contributor to the feel of our time together today.
