Hi ,

Today's session was quite focused on the throat and seemed to really be all about the voice in particular.  I think this could have been influenced by my attendance at a Black Lives Matter protest last night with my family.  It was an event that I found particularly moving and it seemed that the energy could have been working to strengthen our voices.  The message has been strong and clear - none of us should stay silent on these troubling issues. I know I for one have a lot more to learn, and a lot more to do about this. And this session seemed to be pushing all of us to speak out, and demand change in order to eliminate systemic racism.
