Hi ,
Today was a nice, calm, and relaxing session, with a slight release felt througout the body near the end. The overall message I felt was "be kind". Seems very appropriate during these times when many are feeling on edge, stressed and scared. A little kindness goes a long way!
I've also started posting "micro-messages" daily on Facebook and Instagram so please like or follow the page if you'd like to see them. I'm not sure how long I will keep doing them but I've been feeling like it would be a good idea to give it a try.
