Well, we made it to Friday!  I hope you are coping well under the circumstances these days.  Today's session brought a lovely soothing energy along with some smaller blockage clearing. 

I had a one-on-one session yesterday with the Reiki Master I trained with, and it was the first time I had done one with her as a distance session - made necessary by the current pandemic situation.  Previously I had gone into her office, but I have to say it was wonderful being able to continue sessions with Anne-Marie in a way that is safe at this time.  And the session was just as awesome as her in-person sessions - since as we know energy is not limited by time or distance. If you've thought at all about doing one-on-one work with a Reiki Master I'd highly recommend talking to Anne-Marie - more details at her website: https://www.annemariecaicco.com/fees .  She is wonderful and is offering a reduced rate for her 1.5 hour distance sessions right now.  Normally it's difficult to get an appointment, she's very popular, but right now we are in unusual times, so it's a great time for it if you're at all interested.
