Hi ,

In today's session there was an overall feel of "letting in the light", and making a connection to the "source"/spirit/energy/god, or whatever other terminology you prefer.  There was a focus on the crown chakra (top of head) and third eye chakra (forehead).  The crown contains our sense of spiritual connection, as well as wisdom, mastery and open-mindedness.  The third eye provides insight into the world we live in, imagination and thinking and living holistically with nature.  All of this seemed to support this connection with "source" that was being fostered throughout our session today.
