Hi ,

Today both the sacral chakra (below the navel) and solar plexus chakra (above the navel) were asking for and received the majority of the attention of our energy healing.  There was also a bit of focus on the throat at the very beginning of the session, but it soon moved to the sacral, where we spent a considerable amount of time, and then up to the solar plexus.  Nearer the end of the session there was a considerable clearing with a wave of energy making its way through those chakras and down the legs, grounding into the floor.

Also, I hope you got my update email this morning with some additional supports that are being put into place as part of the Distance Energy Club to assist through this time of accelerated change.  I created a blog post with the message as well in case you missed it or want to refer back to it.
